manufacturers warranty would apply to new units only. Used and
demo units are rebuilt and checked for proper operation. Any demo
units on this page are sold "as is" on a "first
come" basis and are in good operating condition.
In cases where units are pictured as built in, the surrounds,
marble etc. is not included. You are buying the unit only. Venting
materials are not included but available from us. No other
