Important Information
Regarding The Return of Products

In certain cases, we will accept product for return if they meet the following criteria:

1. Must be within 15 days of the date we shipped the product.

2. Product must be in original unopened factory carton.

3. No products that have been installed will be accepted.

4. You are responsible for the freight both ways.

5. You must contact us to get authorization and arrange the return.

6. A 20% restock charge will be assessed on all return products.
