WHAT THE BROILMASTER WARRANTY COVERS
BROILMASTER builds the most durable grills
known to man, and as proof of that we give one of the most
comprehensive warranties known to the business. From the date
your gas grill is purchased for use, BROILMASTER will make
available, at our factory, a free replacement for any
defective part covered by the warranty. Specific parts have
specific limitations, and most are warranted only if the grill
is used as a residential grill. Some parts carry a lifetime
warranty (such as the porcelain-coated cast iron cooking
grids, the cast aluminum grill body and the stainless steel
carts and mountings), the stainless steel bowtie burners have
a pro rated I5-year warranty, and all other items have a
limited two-year warranty; ask your Broilmaster dealer to give
you a copy of the Broilmaster warranty for details.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH
YOUR GRILL
1. Contact your BROILMASTER dealer, if you
cannot locate your dealer, call or write BROILMASTER Technical
Service Department as indicated below.
2. If you do not receive satisfactory
service from the dealer within a reasonable time, write
BROILMASTER Technical Service Department and include the date
you purchased your grill, its model and serial numbers, the
name and address of the dealer from whom it was purchased, and
a description of the problem you are having. Furnish a dated
proof of purchase if your grill is within its warranty period.
3. In years 6-I5, ail burner warranty claims
are to be submitted by consumer directly to BROILMASTER in
Florence, Alabama, along with a copy of a dated receipt or
bill of sale covering the purchase of the grill.
