PRICE, SHIPPING AND ORDERING INFORMATION

Prices you find at your local dealer may differ from ours due to freight, service and other overhead costs. Our prices are not intended to accurately reflect what you pay locally.

• Select PRICE from the left side of any product page. On the next page, select the model you wish to price and click to see prices. The prices on our Web site includes shipping unless noted otherwise.

• Standard shipping is to a commercial or business address or to a freight terminal near you.  Our units are shipped on large trucks which cannot travel into residential areas.

• If you wish to have delivered to your door, this can be arranged however there is an additional charge of approximately $60. You must be available to unload the stove when it arrives, the truck drivers will not unloaded.

• Minimum order for free shipping is $200.

• You may call us at 800.852.1224 (8 am to 4 pm CST weekdays - ask for Doug or Barb) if you would like to place an order. We accept MC, Discover and Visa.

• We attempt to keep our prices the lowest of any on the net. If you find another site with a lower delivered price on the exact same hearth system that we show as a stock item – and the competitor has the system in stock, send us a link to that site. If verified lower than our delivered price on the complete system and they have in stock, we will beat their price by 5%. If the competitor does not have the system in stock and their price is lower on a system we have in stock, we will match their price. Does not apply to products already shipped.
